TickedBook – كتابًا موقوتًا
باستخدامك لتطبيق كتابًا موقوتًا (TickedBook) فإنك توافق على الالتزام بشروط الاستخدام التالية:
1 طبيعة الخدمة
يقدّم التطبيق خدمات دينية وإرشادية تشمل عرض مواقيت الصلاة، اتجاه القبلة، التاريخ الهجري والميلادي، والتنبيهات المرتبطة بها. جميع المعلومات المقدّمة هي لأغراض المساعدة فقط، ولا يُقصد بها أن تكون بديلاً عن المصادر الرسمية أو المرجعيات الدينية المحلية.
2 دقة المعلومات
نسعى لتقديم بيانات دقيقة قدر الإمكان، ومع ذلك لا نضمن الدقة المطلقة لمواقيت الصلاة أو اتجاه القبلة في جميع المناطق الجغرافية أو في جميع الأوقات. يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية التحقق عند الحاجة.
3 الاستخدام المسموح
يُسمح باستخدام التطبيق للأغراض الشخصية وغير التجارية فقط. يُمنع إساءة استخدام التطبيق أو محاولة تعطيله أو الوصول غير المصرح به إلى أنظمته.
4 الاشتراكات والخدمات المدفوعة
قد يوفّر التطبيق ميزات أو محتوى مدفوعًا عبر اشتراكات داخل التطبيق في المستقبل. تتم إدارة عمليات الشراء والفوترة من خلال متجر Apple App Store أو Google Play وفق سياسات كل متجر.
5 التعديلات والتحديثات
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل التطبيق أو هذه الشروط في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق. يُعد استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث موافقةً على الشروط المعدّلة.
6 حدود المسؤولية
لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة قد تنتج عن استخدام التطبيق أو عدم القدرة على استخدامه.
8 تاريخ السريان
تسري هذه الشروط اعتبارًا من عام 2026.
By using the TickedBook app, you agree to comply with the following terms of use:
1 Nature of Service
The app provides religious and guidance services including prayer times display, Qibla direction, Hijri and Gregorian dates, and related notifications. All information provided is for assistance purposes only and is not intended to replace official sources or local religious authorities.
2 Accuracy of Information
We strive to provide accurate data as much as possible, however, we do not guarantee absolute accuracy of prayer times or Qibla direction in all geographic areas or at all times. The user is responsible for verification when needed.
3 Permitted Use
The app may be used for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Misuse of the app, attempts to disable it, or unauthorized access to its systems is prohibited.
4 Subscriptions and Paid Services
The app may offer paid features or content through in-app subscriptions in the future. Purchases and billing are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play according to each store's policies.
5 Modifications and Updates
We reserve the right to modify the app or these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
6 Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may result from using the app or inability to use it.
8 Effective Date
These terms are effective as of 2026.
